Meyu has a zero-tolerance approach to any acts of abuse, exploitation, and/or endangerment of children. Any users not upholding Meyu's policies for protecting minors (anyone under the age of 18), as outlined below, face removal from Meyu and potential legal action. We are committed to working with law enforcement to ensure the safety of our users.
Age Restriction
1. You must be 18 years of age or older to use Meyu.
2. Any attempts to falsify age to access the platform are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or removal.
3. Meyu uses automated and manual systems to detect underage activity and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse ("CSEA"). Circumventing these systems is prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
These include, but are not limited to:
Sexualization of Minors and CSEA:
1. Sharing, creating, or distributing content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
2. Content involving the sexual fetishization of minors, such as discussions, sexualized role-playing, or digitally altered images depicting minors in a sexualized manner.
3. Soliciting minors for sexual purposes or engaging in grooming behavior.
Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving Minors:
1. Threats, encouragement, or acts of physical or emotional violence against minors.
2. Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.
3. Sharing personal information of minors without parental consent.
4. Cyberbullying or harassment of minors.
Underage Presence on the Platform:
1. Minors creating or managing accounts.
2. Adults create accounts for minors.
3. Attempts to falsify age to gain access to the platform.
Reporting Mechanism
Incidents involving minor abuse will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in North America and relevant law enforcement authorities in Europe, as required by applicable law.

Prohibited Users
Users convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using Meyu.

Enforcement Measures
1. All violations of the Child Safety Policy will result in immediate account penalties, ranging from temporary suspension to permanent ban.
2. Depending on the severity of the violation, Meyu will cooperate with law enforcement agencies for investigations.
User Education
We educate users on child safety through:
1. Child Safety Policy prominently displayed on our platform.
2. In-app prompts and reminders about appropriate online behavior and risks related to interacting with minors.
3. Educational resources and links to relevant organizations.
